By purchasing transport you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as follows.

 

TRANSPORT AGREEMENT

We transport rabbits, dogs and cats from seller to buyer to a predetermined, public, location chosen by Sunshine Animal Transport.  We will provide the date for pick-up and drop-off 4-7 days prior to the run when we close bookings.

Please be understanding of delays that are out of our control due to inclement weather, traffic, construction, etc. We reserve the right to depart the predetermined location if the seller or buyer has failed to make contact with us for longer than 30 minutes. If this is the case, transport payments will not be refunded.

Sunshine Animal Transport is not responsible, monetarily or otherwise,  for any illness, stress or death caused by or during transport. Our promise is to give the best care to our furry passengers as if they were our own. If for some reason your animal gets sick on transport and you would like us to seek veterinary care, it is the buyers responsibility to cover vet costs.

RABBITS

Be aware of any pellets, hay, or pedigree that was sent with your rabbit.  We are not responsible for any *extras* left on board. Pedigrees are allowed to hop on transport and while we strive to ensure all pedigrees get to their respective homes it is ultimately up to the seller to provide the buyer with a pedigree. We will not mail any pedigrees left on board.

The rabbits will be cared for and checked on every 3 hours, or at each stop, whichever comes first.  Timothy hay, and fresh water will be available for our furry passengers 24/7. We will also use their transition feed that is provided by the seller during transit. If the seller fails to provide transition feed they will be given half servings of Bluebonnet Feeds Kindle Bits 18% as a replacement during transit.

 

We ask the seller to treat with a preventative dose of  ivermectin prior to transport, but it is not required.

DOGS

Please be aware of any items or paperwork that your breeder has sent with your puppy so we can make sure everything gets sent home with you. Sunshine Animal Transport is not responsible for any extras left on board.

If your puppy will need medications given during transport please have your breeder write out detailed instructions of administration to be handed over to the transporter at pick up.

No puppies that travel with Sunshine Animal Transport will be placed on the grass/ground at any time during their travels with us to avoid Parvo. We provide puppy pads and sanitization supplies. We ask that the breeder supply a minimum of 2 blankets for transport that smell like the mom of  the puppy. If those blankets are soiled during the trip they will be placed in a bag and handed over to the new owner upon request. Otherwise we will dispose of them for you.

We do not transport rescue animals at any time. All puppies/dogs must come from a reputable breeder with all age appropriate vaccinations up to date.
