Hello, Bunny Parents!

Thank you to each & every one of you for supporting my rabbitry.  These bunnies are my passion & my life's work and I couldn't be more grateful for your support.  I appreciate you all so much!  Please take a few minutes to complete this form to help pickup weekend go smoothly for everyone.

I park next to the Starbucks that's in the Walmart parking lot and I drive a black

Buick Enclave.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY SUNDAY, MAY 2ND  OR MAY 3RD, WHICHEVER DAY YOU CHOOSE FOR PICKUP


PICKUP REGISTRATION

Please choose one of the following dates for pickup
Do you agree to pay the final due amount on the day of pickup in CASH?
Do you understand that we do not accept electronic payments at pickup?
Would you like to purchase the premium food we use for our bunnies?
Would you like to purchase the snuffles vaccine for your bunny? This will be administered the day your bunny leaves, and you will need to bring your bunny back on June 6th @ noon for the booster.
